Stephanie Capparell hired me to take the publicity

headshots of the six surviving members of the Pepsi sales

team chronicled in this book. I ended up doing all the tech

work required to repair tons of archival pictures and make

them publishable, a task that seemed impossible at times.

And as I tagged along to do the publicity portraits I could

not resist photographing what was happening around me.

I ended up with what I think is a set of photographs that

neatly complements the book.

Stephanie Capparell me contrató para tomar los

retratos publicitarios de los seis miembros sobrevivientes

del equipo que son el tema de este libro. Al final de

cuentas terminé haciendo todo el trabajo técnico

requerido para hacer que la gran cantidad de material de

archivo pudiera ser publicado, tarea que a veces pareció

imposible. Y después de tomar las fotos publicitarias no

pude resistir fotografiar por lo menos parte de mi entorno.

Y terminé, creo yo, con una serie de fotografías que son

un buen complemento del libro.
